US State Highways and SuperSox

//US State Highways and SuperSox

With the winter season upon us, questions frequently arise regarding the use of traction products for passenger cars, SUV’s and light truck vehicles on US State highways.  Peerless’s traction team works closely with the Colorado State Patrol and California Department of Transportation to determine the use of our products.  These two state entities control most of the restrictions due to their mountainous road conditions.  According to these sources, our newest traction product – SuperSox are allowed as an ATD or Alternative Traction Device.

The new SuperSox line provides ultimate protection in snow and icy conditions while guaranteeing reduced wear on vehicles.  Featuring reinforced urethane pads and metal spikes on strip pads that provide great traction for improved grip, SuperSox are designed with improved durability and with enhanced safety in mind to deliver higher and longer lasting performance.
